Plan i cele obozu:

Obóz ma na celu doskonalić elementy techniczne, oraz przygotować zawodników pod kątem motorycznym do nowego sezonu.
Treningi odbywać się będą dwa razy dziennie ( poza pierwszym dniem przyjazdu ) Poranny trening NO GI, wieczorne w Gi.
Egzaminy na wyższe stopnie około godz. 15:00 dnia 13.07.2024
Pełne wyżywienie i zakwaterowanie w cenie obozu.
Pamiątkowy T-SHIRT firmy Pit Bull. ( Prosimy podać rozmiar T-SHIRT )
Treningi odbywać się będą na macie o wymiarach 200 m2, która znajduje się na terenie ośrodka.
Liczba miejsc ograniczona!
Pierwszeństwo udziału w obozie mają członkowie INVICTUS BJJ POLSKA.
O zapisaniu na obóz decyduje kolejność wpłaty.

Treningi prowadzić będzie czarny pas 3 stopnia Maksymilian Wiśniewski.

Auf den Camp werden wir unsere technik verfeinern und Motorik Verbessern fur das Neues Saison.
Jedes tag trenieren wir 2 mal (ohne Ersten tag und den Letzten).
Prüfungen für höhere Klassen ca. 14:00 am 14.07.2024
Vollpension und Unterkunft im Camppreis inbegriffen.
Fur all Teilnehmer ein RushGuard aus Firma Pit BULL.
Das Training wird auf einer 280 m2 große Matte.
Die Anzahl der Plätze ist begrenzt
Die Mitglieder von INVICTUS BJJ POLSKA haben Vorrang.
Die Trainings werden von Maksymilian Wiśniewski, einem schwarzen BELT BJJ, geleitet.
Die Reihenfolge der Anmeldung entscheidet über die Einschreibung in das Camp.

INVICTUS BJJ POLSKA invites you to our annual Brasilian Jiu-Jitsu camp.

Date: 14.07-17.07 2024 r.
Camp plan and goals:
The camp goal is technical elements and motoric skills improvement and preparation for the season.
The workouts will be held twice a day (except the arrival day)
Exams for higher grades at approx.
Full board and lodgings included in the camp price.
A commemorative rashguard by Pit Bull brand (please provide your rashguard size)
Workouts will be held on a 280m2 mat which is located in the resort.
Limited number of places!
Priority participation for INVICUS BJJ POLSKA members
The order of registration decides about enrollment in the camp.
Workouts will be run by black belt Maksymilian Wiśniewski.
